The engine cooling water will be heated up to 85＜C or above after running a period of time. By using a suitable size of heat-exchanger, it can recovery a lots of heat energy. Normally, it can provide upto 60≧ hot water for the hotel, domestic building or factory. The cold water and hot water flow rate are controlled by the automatic regulating valves and prevent overheating the water and overflow of water tank.
  Major Component and accessories
 
   
    1.Heat-exchanger : ex-change the heat energy from the engine coolant to cold water.
    2.Water tank : with a buffer plate to separate the hot water side and cold water side. Each tanks has individual inlet, outlet and drain pipes for easy operation and maintenance.
    3. Automatic regulating valves : To control water flow rate and water level to prevent overflow of water tank and overheating the water.
