In recent years, various special high-tech projects like high-volt paralleling, high/low frequencies transfer have provided V&P¡¯s engineers opportunities applying their professional knowledge and skills, bringing up innovative thoughts, creating outstanding personality and developing assiduous spirits. Oversea projects in Algeria, Sudan and etc have also provided V&P¡¯s engineers opportunities in improving their foreign language, learning the standards of international projects and sharing with customers the experiences in modern management.

2.Professional training courses aiming at special topics
Training courses in different means and at different standards are designed and held from time to time aiming at different levels of employees and the actual needs of organization in order to improve the knowledge levels of employees and the intellectual structure of organization.
