The genset will generate over 400＜C exhaust gas during operation. The exhaust gas flow rate and pressure are around 14.15 m3 / kWh and 10.2kPA respectively. According to the professional research report, the total heat energy loss is upto 20-30% which is a hugh amount of energy waste. We can design a heat recovery system target to recover those heat energy losses and make sure that the energy can be fully utilized.
Major components and accessories
In order to withstand the high temperature and highly corrosion condition, all of the major components and accessories, such as water pump, pipe, valve and water tank, will be made of stainless steel or high anti-corrosion material. The water tank will be made of stainless steel or concrete with individual stainless steel inlet pipe, outlet pipe and drain pipe.
