In general, the diesel engine will produce a noise level of 96-110dBA at one meter distance if without any acoustic treatment. This is too noisy for comfortable use and could not meet with the local Environmental Protection Requirements, acoustic treatment for the generator room is normally necessary.
Our experienced engineers are pleased to assist with individual customer to design an acoustic system which suit for daytime or nighttime operation. In order to reducing the generator room noise level and avoid any possibility of overheating the room and generator set, cooling air requirement, fan pressure, ambient temperature, operating temperature, sound power level and other necessary parameters will be taken into account in our calculation.
We can provide internal acoustic wall and ceiling lining with suitable thick steel plate or perforated steel plate, medium or heavy density acoustic infill, spring type or rubber type vibration isolator, acoustic weatherproof louvers, mesh guards, attenuation equipment and etc.

1.Air intake system : A certain amount of fresh air is required for combustion, engine cooling and alternator cooling.
2. Exhaust air system : To remove the hot air from generator room to outside and keeping the plant room temperature within 40 degree Celsius.
